Solista Wilmington

Our family recently has taken a tour of Solista Wilmington and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we walked into the building we were welcomed like family. Bryan, Community Relations Director gave us a tour of the facility, introduced us to staff members (Tabitha the Activities and Lifestyle Director was amazing) and many residents. He even arranged for us to see an apartment that had been recently rented and we met the new resident. The dining area was beautiful and the amount of light throughout was incredible. The facility was clean, beautiful and very well taken care of. We spent over 3 hours there asking a multitude of questions and going over very specific details. Bryan was very professional, was able to answer every question we had and never made us feel rushed or that he just wanted to rent another apartment. He was so genuine and caring and all of the residents seem to love him too. We wanted to move in ourselves. There are so many things to do within, outside and around the facility anyone's loved one would get the time and attention they may need. I would highly recommend Solista Wilmington.

“Bang for your Buck” is an understatement! This community is beautiful and the amenities are abundant. Staff is helpful and attentive to residents needs. Tons of activities and amazing food from a top executive chef. Even transportation. They loved my Grandma like their own. Simply top notch. And they’re remodeled!!!

This is a lovely facility to live in, as my Aunt Billie was here for almost a decade. The executive staff and staff are professional, friendly, and responsive. The complete renovation over the last two years brought modern aesthetics and comfortable thoughtful environments throughout the facility. The food and social aspects are very appealing and residents seem very satisfied.

We moved our mom to Solista Wilmington in August, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. From day one, Kim went above and beyond to help us navigate the transition, making what could have been a stressful process incredibly smooth. Our mom faced several health setbacks over the past year, so seeing her truly thriving again has meant everything. She’s enjoying the social interactions, the sense of community, and much to her relief the freedom from the responsibilities of home maintenance. It’s been a noticeable and heartwarming change. The entire staff has been friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their support eased our worries, the transition, and helped our family feel confident that Mom is in a place where she’s safe, supported, and happy.
