Solista High Point

When searching for my mom's new home, Solista was the perfect fit! The salesperson, Paige, went above and beyond to explain everything to us, gave us tours (in person and virtually), worked with our time line and was able to offer the first month free. She is always at the facility mingling with the residence and offering assistance. My mom's studio apartment has been updated and she loves it!! Our family likes knowing she is happy, independent but still around others her age and taken care of. Absolutely would recommend this facility to anyone looking for their parent.

I didn’t wanna come to the Stratford. I was angry because my kids were making me do this. Fortunately, it has been the best thing I’ve ever done I have friends we go places and do things. The holidays are always fun. We have parties May 4 be with you. New Year’s Halloween Easter you name it we celebrate it all. There are always a couple of Down sides but the benefits outweigh them by far. You can even have pets I have two cats. They’re my Four. Legged children, they keep me Company which I love

I have been communicating with Paige about a dear friend making the move to Solista. It’s a huge decision and Paige has given her patience and grace every step of the way. The plans are coming together and I give Paige 5 stars for all she does. She is obviously just where she needs to be in her role with Solista. So thankful for her knowledge and ability to help people understand how to navigate becoming a part of the wonderful Solista community!

I've been here for 3 years, and we are not getting the services we pay for. We hoped things would get better with the new management, and it was good for a minute. There are people here who depend on housekeeping services, they never received. Food has gotten worse. In the last food meeting, I was told by the chef I had the choice of whether or not to live here. This sums up the management team, they will wave you off with their hand, or roll their eyes. If you have a loved one here, who doesn't have a voice, please check on them. Some people have had to hire their own housekeeping. Many people spend money on groceries, because of the food and portions. Today, the people at my table each got 3 small onion rings. My days here are numbered, because I've had it, along with all of us on 3West.
