Snow Canyon Retirement Community

My mom has been at Snow Canyon Retirement Memory Care since they opened over a year ago, and our experience has been wonderful. The staff made a difficult transition feel supportive and caring, always taking time to answer questions and make us feel like family. What stands out most is the consistent compassion they show every day. They treat my mom with patience, kindness, and respect, giving our family real peace of mind. The facility is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the activities keep residents engaged and social. The food is excellent, and there’s always something meaningful happening. Choosing memory care is never easy, but we are so grateful we found Snow Canyon Retirement. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, quality care for a loved one.

I am the administrator for Dixie Hospice. We absolutely love working with Snow Canyon Retirement Center! Their team is caring, responsive, and truly dedicated to their residents. Our hospice staff always enjoys being in the building because of the warm and welcoming environment they create. Most importantly, our patients and families love being there. The staff treats residents with kindness, respect, and compassion, and it shows in the quality of care they provide every day. I just had the experience of moving my parents into this wonderful facility. From the moment I made my first inquiry phone call, to the tour, to the contract and move in process, it has been one of the best experiences we've had as a family. Making the decision to move to assisted living is one wrought with difficulty and emotion. The staff at Snow Canyon could NOT have been better to us during a very stressful and taxing time. The reception the staff created to welcome my parents on their first arrival complete with "star quality" queue lines, purple carpet, and the entire staff cheering for them when they arrived, brought tears to all of our eyes. I will never forget that experience. My parents love it here. They love the food, the staff, the care they are receiving, and mostly, the community they are surrounded by. Best decision we could have made!

We have lived here at Snow Canyon for almost a year now and are so glad we made the decision to declutter and downsize from our home in St George. As residents in independent living all of our needs are met. We especially enjoy the exercise classes and the gym. We also enjoy playing pool! So many activities and entertainment in the evenings. But most important are the friendships we’ve made here with both residents and staff!
