Silverado Frederick Memory Care Community

I recently toured Silverado in Frederick, MD and was very impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I entered the community and saw my name displayed on the welcome board in the lobby, it was clear that attention to detail and personalization are priorities. Lindsey, the Community Ambassador, conducted a thorough and well-organized tour. She was knowledgeable, professional, and provided thoughtful insight into the community’s programs and approach to care. The environment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Staff members were courteous, attentive, and appeared highly competent in their roles. It was also encouraging to observe residents actively engaged in a structured activity, reflecting a purposeful and supportive community atmosphere. Overall, Silverado presents as a well-managed, resident-centered community with a strong commitment to quality and professionalism.

Choosing a memory care community was the hardest decision I have ever made, but Silverado Frederick has been a complete blessing. Unlike other places I toured, this feels like a home, not a facility. The layout is bright and sunny, but what truly stands out is the staff. Every single person—even the culinary and housekeeping teams—is a trained dementia care specialist. They treat my Mother with such dignity and joy. Silverado has brought me peace in knowing that my Mother is going to be ok!

If you are lookig for a place for your loved one, please, please check out Silverado.. The entire community is memory care so your loved one is not locked in a separate area.. He or she will have access to the entire facility and will be able to enjoy all of the engagenemt and entertinment options. The staff at Silverado is top notch. My sister and I visit our father almost daily at all hours of the day. We are impressed with the love and support our dad receives. This is his home and he loves it. Silverado offers access to the public for many events. I would encourage visiting, taking a tour, participating in an activity and getting to know the staff. Many of the families have bounced around to other memory care places and all that I have spoken to say this one is the best.
