Working in the healthcare field, I have the opportunity to visit and endorse many Senior Living and Memory Care communities. There are quite a few wonderful options in our area, but Silverado Bellevue genuinely rises to the top in a way that’s hard to ignore. Every time I’m there, I see staff who are fully present with their residents, not rushed, not going through the motions, but truly engaging with people. You can feel the difference the moment you walk in. There’s an energy of connection and purpose that makes the whole community feel welcoming and alive. The care team is steady and skilled, but what stands out most is their heart. Residents are known, supported, and treated with respect. The leadership team is equally impressive. They are approachable, consistent, and committed to creating a place where families feel confident and residents can genuinely thrive. Silverado Bellevue offers a warm environment, meaningful daily activities, and a sense of dignity and comfort that is individualized.

From Jennifer in marketing to Kristina, their phenomenal administrator, every interaction reflects intentionality, compassion, and a deep understanding of both residents and families. Faith and Kim are also incredible leaders who ensure that each resident receives the highest quality of individualized care. Their dedication and presence are felt throughout the community and make such a meaningful difference in daily life. I’ve seen firsthand the way this community engages its residents—with purpose, joy, and personalized attention that honors each person’s unique story. The Silverado team goes above and beyond to create an environment where residents truly feel seen, valued, and supported. Silverado is a shining example of what great memory care should look like.

Silverado is more than a care facility, Silverado is a family. In May of this year, and due to emergent health circumstances, my sister and I had no other alternative than to place our Mom in full time care. As one might imagine, this decision is heavy laden and stressful. The moment my sister and I walked through the Silverado door, in Bellevue Washington, we were greeted by friendly, helpful people. We met with Kristina Mills, Silverado Administrator, who shared the Silverado mission and practices. She actively listened as we shared all about our mother and her needs. We toured the facility and were introduced to care staff, activities staff, physical therapy staff, nursing staff and Chef. Each person engaged with us, asked their own questions and reassured us of Silverados abilities. The Silverado building is filled with light and allows for residents to be as independent as their abilities allow. Since placing our mother at Silverado our expectations of care, kindness, and communication have been exceeded. Jenn B

Kristina is a wonderful administrator who leads with heart, Faith is an exceptional nurse who truly knows and cares for each resident in her care, and Ed brings warmth and understanding to every family he supports through the process of selecting the right memory care for their loved one. As a whole, their team creates a safe, loving environment and I’m grateful for the meaningful work they do every day.
