My mom has been at Silverado Alexandria for 2 months and it has been a wonderful experience. The team at Silverado is highly experienced in dementia care and they truly care about the residents and their families. I moved my mom from a different state and the team walked me through every step; it was worth the wait. They partner with me to best meet her needs and coach me when I am not sure what to do. And best of all mom is less anxious than she has been in years. Moving a loved one into memory care is a transition for everyone, however I know without a doubt this is the very best place for my mom and in turn for me. I can finally rest easy again knowing she is safe, well cared for, nearby, and has everything she needs including good food, kind staff and team members, engaging activities, a clean and warm environment and three community dogs that bring joy to everyone! I am grateful to have found a place that treats their residents with the dignity and respect they deserve, and allow family members to focus on enjoying time with their loved ones and the other residents. Thank you Silverado Alexandria.

Silverado Alexandria is a terrific facility. The staff is professional / efficient / effective / knowledgeable. There is a great sense of community, and care, in caring for my wife. She has been a resident for 16 months. They use common sense in making decisions, and we are comfortable with those decisions.

Alexandria Silverado has truly been a remarkable place for my mother. I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional care and support she receives. The staff is absolutely amazing—compassionate, attentive, and always going above and beyond. The food is excellent, and the facility itself is top-notch, creating a warm and welcoming environment. I also appreciate the variety of events, classes, and clubs offered, which provide so many enriching opportunities for my mother to stay active and engaged. This is truly a one-of-a-kind community where I feel safe, confident, and at peace knowing my mother is well taken care of. It has become a true home for her, and I am beyond thankful for everything Alexandria Silverado provides.
