I recently lived there for one year..Just moved out this Nov...This place was a very unhappy place to stay for me Staff there was beautiful except with exception of Management..I think she could've been more nicer and compassionate with her tenants in the building she was not good to hold a position of Management .. Very poor services ..That building would be nice if it was ran under new Management that cares about the way tenants lived

Terrible phone etiquette!! Called to speak with the Maintenance and got hung up on. I called again. A different lady answered "hello" and I told her i got disconnected and she was so rude asking, "what you need"? I need to speak with Maintenance. She rudely said they don't need anything! Well, I needed something!! Now, I'm going to have to go there I guess SMH Very rude!!!
