I have been filling out applications since December the process has been tedious and waiting for answer from the different properties have been very exhausting but Naima Dillard of Senior Suites of rainbow Beach worked her magic and made this process. Seems so simple within two weeks. She got me positive results. I am now a resident. of Senior Suites of Rainbow village I gave her all the paperwork she asked for in one week and in six days she gave me great news, so come and speak with her and hopefully your results will be as positive as mine. I greatly appreciate what you did for me.

I am about to be here 1 year. The management is virtual none exist. I am overall discussed with the management cleanliness. Everything has cost more including laundry and basic maintenance

This property is being not held to a standard that it should be for a seniors as far as cleanliness as far as safety it's always a smell as you come into the front door of the garbage they did hire a new guy to clean and he's trying his best to do it but it seems that he needs a little help residents complain about certain situations in their apartments to no avail nobody comes to respond such as door handles are loose the top lock does not lock air condition has not worked in over a year chipped paint no reply ...no response but yet they want the seniors money but they don't deliver it's really sad...

I have been calling senior suites for four days. i have left numerous messages. I haven't received a call back yet. I am trying to come tour the home before I place my family member. I am wondering does anyone work at Senior suites. Not go for business if families would like their loved one to come live there.
