Can you please petition to build a sidewalk along Burnham Ave so the seniors can safely walk with their walkers and wheelchairs? They are forced to walk on a very busy Main Street because of lack of walking options. Very dangerous and our seniors deserve so much better.

The Manager there is very DISRESPECTFUL. She is a power hungry. She doesn't know how to talk or treat people that LIVE or VISITS there. The building is nasty. The furniture there is nasty, rugs are terrible people are getting sick from them. Trash rooms are nasty. Front & back parking lot floods to were it looks like swimming pools. There are NO activities for the Seniors except Bingo on Mondays and Thursdays and thats because the Seniors are doing it. No one wants to work there under her management. She puts on a good front to get people in there ,then they rise the SENIORS rent and expects for them to live in those type of conditions. It takes them 2 months to change a LIGHT BULB. The Seniors there are scared to say anything because of some type of RETALIATION. So I would NEVER recommend this location until they get NEW management.

They never, I mean NEVER answer their phone, tried for three days and no answer, left detailed message and no response. What kind of facility is this. They don't answer the phone I can imagine what else business wise they don't do.

Very quiet. Real nice. Not a lot going on and the people really are nice here. They deal with us and make sure it'll be okay as seniors Today where under new management I up date you later But already we can not have a use Or
