I was looking for independent living homes on behalf of my grandparents. I heard good things about this senior suites building, so I decided to see for myself. I met with Bonnie to discuss living cost, what to expect day to day for them, and etc. She was very professional answered my list of questions and throughout it she honestly felt like she genuinely cares about people. Later I met maintenance Luis and the janitor Mike. Both were very kind and professional. The inside of the build looks nice plus it was really clean and so was outside.

I’m a physical therapist seeing patients in this location. And the staff was extremely rude when I tried to come in. No one answered the operator phone so I knocked on the window and the staff proceeded to yell at me to stop knocking on the window. I don’t know how else to get their attention if they won’t do their job and answer the phone. I’m just trying to see my patients and had to go through unnecessary hoops just to see her. And I wouldn’t even have to call the operator phone if they would fix my patients buzzer to get in, but she’s been trying for weeks to get them to fix it. The manager of this location please contact me.

My dad’s been here three years and it’s been pretty good even though there’s a few issues with maintenance once in a while, but it gets resolved

The Henry C. Palmisio park is safe for daily morning walking. I see a lot of morning daily walkers. The younger ones, jog with earphones.
