This place on the outside looks nice on the inside residents are barely making ends meet. This place is not affordable for Seniors who are on a fixed income. Several people who went to my Church lived in this building and eventually had to move. Their entire Social Security check went on rent and they had no money left for food and everyday necessities. This place is not income based or affordable according to the description on their website this place is MARKET RENT . Residents may be afraid to speak out because some may not have any family to help them so they just go with the flow with having to go to food pantries to try to get basic needs. I've researched this company and they're making money hand over foot off of desperate Seniors who need a place to live among their peers. If it was possible I would have given this place a zero. On the website it has the rent at $1,350 if a resident only gets that amount and they're in their 70's and 80's they have nothing left. Income based is usually 30% of their income but this rent is all of their income. I decided to research more about this company to see if they are in fact receiving some kind of funding on behalf of some of these residents and still charging residents full Market Rent. Many of these residents have no family or friends that can help them understand paperwork with policies and they sign thinking they're going to be better off because this is a senior building but still pay rent as if they're in regular housing. Why is this called senior living if the residents are living in a place that's just like market rent units in other communities. The photos do not represent what this building looks like. The carpet is dingy and old throughout the building the furniture is old and there are no great amenities like pools, prepared meals for residents, the laundry room is a joke. There are no real activities for the residents to do. But yet your Website states $1,350 for affordable, great amenities Senior Living. I don't even remember seeing any security there for residents. I GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO IN RATINGS AND WILL BE LOOKING INTO SEEING IF THEY'RE GETTING SOME KIND OF SUBSIDIES ON BEHALF OF THE RESIDENTS AND NOT APPLYING THEM ON BEHALF OF TENANTS.

They have a lot of parking lot and they make you walk from the front to the back but it's a nice building and a lot of seniors near there so it's okay
