Senior Suites of Fay’s Point offers seniors a social community with added amenities and services. This community, built in 2010, allows seniors to pursue their passions, not waste time on daily chores and to-do lists. Our residents are independent, active seniors who enjoy connecting with one another over shared interests and hobbies.
Senior Lifestyle’s Senior Suites have been Chicago’s pioneer in affordable housing since 1995 and currently has 24 communities. With the cooperation of the city, we offer affordable senior living in a variety of neighborhoods throughout Chicago to those individuals 62 years and better. Our Senior Suites of Fay’s Point community offers convenient services to residents including transportation, housekeeping, and emergency response systems in a beautiful setting in Chicago.
Those interested in our community can reach out to our team to learn more about affordable senior housing. Potential residents need to apply and qualify for rental rates, which are based on availability and applicant income. We do not require a security deposit or buy-in to join our community, only a simple 12-month lease. With the application process in mind, we welcome prospective tenants, families, and friends to visit our community to learn more.

I have always had a great experience with the staff and manager at the Blue Island Senior Suites. It is always a pleasure talking to Sherri whenever I visit my dad.

Decorative place for the holidays. I visit my aunt often here. Parking just SUCKS really bad that's about it!!
