I could not have been more pleased with the care that my mother received at Senior Star. Everyone working at the facility showed real empathy and compassion for my mother. I was so impressed with every person I met from the people cheerfully serving meals, to the room care givers to the administration. I highly recommend this facility.

My grandma has lived here since July 2022 and is on hospice now at this facility. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the care she has received and the empathy the staff has shown. This place treats their patients like family.

Our family couldn’t be more grateful for the care my mom received during her recent respite stay at Senior Star in Davenport. From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff made us feel welcome and supported. They were warm, attentive, and incredibly compassionate, helping to calm my mom’s nerves and making her transition as smooth as possible. One of the highlights for my mom was the vibrant social environment. She truly enjoyed the wide variety of activities offered and quickly connected with both staff and other residents. It was wonderful to see her so engaged and happy. Senior Star gave our family true peace of mind, knowing that Mom was in a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment. Senior Star excels at Memory Care Programming and engagement for their residents. As a whole, the company is commuted to supporting charities such as the Alzheimer's Association and gets their staff involved in volunteering. The staff at Elmore Place are dedicated to the residents and their needs. As an added bonus, they have an adorable pup that lives at the Memory Care building that brings joy to the residents.
