Senior Living at The Greens

This was our first visit and tour to an assisted living facility In the Saint Augustine/Jax area.. It was amazing. For us, we were looking for a homey feel - preferably no elevators, not a lobby filled with people bored and staring at nothing - but a place that looked & felt like home - with assisted care & memory care options .. There was not one person we met that was not outstanding. Wow all know excellence (or not!) flows from top down. Chrissy, the executive Director there and her entire staff exemplified all the best of a great family. The Greens is a must see if you’re considering assisted living. And if you are researching memory care, their detached one story “home“ is amazing and would make anyone proud to have a loved one be there if need arose.

From the first call about 4 months ago we knew there was something special about Crissy, from her positive energy to her compassion for our Mothers condition. Crissy has essentially held our hand throughout the entire process, answering numerous question's (and their were/are many) with a thoughtful , knowledgeable and kind response , making herself available, and helping us with this difficult decision. Her energy and passion for the patience’s care is unmatched. We are very excited about the next chapter of our Mothers journey and feel confident she will thrive at The Greens. I had the pleasure of visiting this community with my mother and i was very impressed. It’s so clean, the staff are so welcoming, the food smelled good, and the activity calendar we were shown was so full! My mother will love it here and I think yours will too!

We were met with the challenge of finding the best home for my sister who had suffered a stroke. So many choices but really only one will be PERFECT. When we had our first visit at The Greens… we met Chrissy… who answered all our questions, gave us a thorough tour . We were very impressed with the layout of The Greens… all one floor , beautiful spacious apartments with easy flow for any disability, the common areas are inviting with relaxing furnishings throughout the center. There is a large dining room with comfortable seating that is just like fine dining. A wait staff that is so engaging with the residents and there to give the friendliest service . We have enjoyed many delicious meals there . The entire staff has been so welcoming to my sister… her needs are carefully attended to from medical to enjoying the wide variety of activities that are provided during the day . She is living her best independent life at The Greens! Senior years are to be enjoyed … they have worked long and hard … when independent living is not possible anymore… you want to find the next best option where you will see that special smile again because life is good and we have seen that smile and heard the joy in her voice when she talks about her new home at The Greens!!!!
