Seaside Springs Retirement is Osprey, Florida’s premier independent living community. The community comprises 128 apartments for adults 55 and over — including studio apartments, one, two, and three-bedroom suites, and a variety of floor plans. Seaside Springs Retirement is all-inclusive, providing five-star services on a month-to-month basis. A single monthly charge includes all services, utilities, phone, cable, and internet.
Spacious common areas feature a 150-seat state-of-the-art theater, library, billiards and game room, conversation areas with fireplaces, concierge lounge with bar, flat-screen TV, game tables, superb fitness and exercise room facilities, spa area, laundry facility, and business center.
Residents savor the variety found in an industry-first all-inclusive Freedom Dining Program. With three fresh chef-prepared meals daily, residents can choose from a variety of menu options and dining experiences with flexible hours. Coffee, juice, ice cream, and snacks are available all day. Weekly housekeeping service is provided, along with transportation to and from appointments and shopping trips.
Numerous planned activities, social events, and travel opportunities abound. Live-in managers and concierge and valet services are available 24/7, ensuring resident safety. Every resident receives an emergency alert pendant, guaranteeing peace of mind to friends and family that their loved ones are protected during emergencies.
Pets are warmly welcome at Seaside Springs Retirement, with no additional pet deposit. A guest suite is available for residents’ family members to reserve for visits. A travel program whisks residents to any of Resort Lifestyle Communities’ other properties, where they can reserve a guest suite free for one week — meals included.
Fitness and wellness programs including aerobics, weight lifting, yoga, walking clubs, sittercises, and many more boost resident wellness. A beauty salon/barber shop is close on the property. I came to Seaside Springs in Osprey because I broke my leg and I wasn't able to cook and clean. I was so happy to move into Seaside Springs. Three meals a day, the food is always excellent. Housekeeping comes once a week. I love that everything is included in the rent. No extra for food, cleaning, internet, tv, electricity or water. It is such a friendly community. The staff and residents are welcoming. They have a physical therapy office on the same floor where I live. I still have outpatient physical therapy down the hall in their office, in the community pool (there is an entry ramp as well as stairs for the pool) and occasionally in the community gym. There is also a home health care office on the premises for private duty care by the 1/2 hour. I bank across the street at Trustco. The staff at the bank will come to Seaside Springs if I am unable get over there. They have a small bus for local transportation to shopping, doctors appointments, and entertainment. Some of us like to go to the theatre and the bus takes us there and back. No driving at night! Osprey is a small community, it is beautiful and quiet. Yet, there is a Publix shopping center with good restaurants right across Tamiami trail. Walmart is about 1 mile away. It is also close to the beach. It is truly a wonderful place to live.

I love living at Seaside Springs. I’m here since almost the beginning. The new Managers are a fabulous team. Very hands on and always visibly around. The food is very good. If you don’t care for what they are serving, you can always get a hamburger,grilled cheese, a sandwich. You will never be hungry here. The have a fabulous Buffet every Sunday , which features prime ribs and much more and great Salad bar. The residents are very friendly. The Staff gets the job done right. I could go on and on.

I came to visit my grandma and her friend that live here last Friday and Saturday. I loved that it had great service and a great staff in front of the house Amanda waited on my grandma that stayed there, she brought my grandma her the food to the table. Amanda has a great attitude. They have a movies theater, games so many activities to do I really had fun. I would of gave Seaside Springs Retirement Community 5 starts until I saw one of the staff there he’s name is David Perez I think you guys should run a better background on people that work there because when he was working for IMG academy he could not pass the background check, he was not allowed to be around kids or be on the campus. I don’t feel that my grandma is save there so that’s why I given you guys 3 stars the food is great and some staff are great also. And also kids go there to visit there families

My parents moved here in September 2022. So far 5 stars!!! GREAT staff, exciting environment, fun activities, and best of all good food!!!! Hurricane Ian came to the area and the staff made my parents feel secure, and the communication was great. Being out of state I was worried sick. But even the Osprey fire department chose to be at Seaside Springs during such a. event because of thr sound stricture of the place. I am planning to reserve a spot here for when I turn 55!!! My parents have no complaints and enjoy it here very much!!
