Scottish Towers II Apartments

Karly was thorough and expedient at processing my application and assisting my approval. Terry fixed a minor issue within 12 hours of my asking. Cliff maintains the landscaping beautifully and showed me how to light the grill. Chad showed me how to use the washers. Angie helped me find an item in the Clubhouse when I first moved in. Diane and Linda both spoke with me and introduced themselves when I passed them in my first few days of moving in and Billy showed me how to find the leasing office by taking me right to it, the first day I set foot on the grounds. Every single staff has been friendly and supportive. I couldn't be happier to have such a beautiful community with such an awesome vibe.

I would never recommend this place to a senior or anyone else. I am 60 years old my husband is 56 we moved here from North Carolina we talked to Carly over the phone. We were told there were dishwashers and microwave and that the units have been newly renovated so we rented the unit we were charged over triple the amount of the $500 deposit that they usually charge to boot. I left my microwave and all behind we get all the way down here to find out they have no dishwashers and no microwaves when I confront the office manager Diane about it she calls me a liar about talking to anyone in the office about it when I paused to think of who they were slams her office door in my face and then proceeds to make it a hostile living environment around there a lot of the older tenants there have cliquish groups and if you don't fit their mold they don't want anything to do with you and they want you out of there they have a lot of things they do not allow you to do their that is not in their lease that they verbally amend every time you turn around with Miss Diane so we opted to move 3 months or so after moving out and our rent suddenly went from 19 and change a month to over $2,000 a month I would not recommend this because I have a feeling that my husband and I are going to end up in court over this one because it's a bait and switch all day long they even advertised open concept kitchens with dishwashers now that they've actually put pictures up and they do not have those units at least not that they offered us and refused to move us and the even the pool table of the Show online is not the one that is in their Clubhouse renter beware! And shame on you Diane and office staff!

We have lived at Scottish Towers for two years, and love it here! The office staff: Diane, Linda, and Karly all do a wonderful job taking care of residents’ requests and comfort, and work diligently to solve any problems that arise. The housekeeping crew - Angie and Chad do a great job keeping common areas as clean and neat as possible, as well as doing move out and move in cleanings thoroughly for new residents. Billy and Terry are always striving to keep up with work order requests, and respond promptly when something needs to be fixed or replaced. Cliff assists with maintenance as needed, and works tirelessly to manually rid the beach and pier areas of seaweed and debris that collect there. To summarize, we have experienced great service and a caring, friendly attitude from all the staff here at Scottish Towers.

I recently relocated from Texas to Florida. The Scottish Towers was the best choice I could have made. The people working there are extremely helpful, answering all my questions and offering support for my move in. I believe this is one if the safest apartment complexes for seniors in the Florida area. The staff; Diane, Linda, Karly, Billy, Terry, Chad, Angie and Cliff are so very supportive, making sure my maintenance problems are quickly solved and any other questions are answered. The surrounding area offers many choices for entertainment including trips to lunch, clubhouse activities, friendship, a view of the Gulf, annual arts and crafts shows, a short trip to the local downtown area with a free ride on the Freebee Dunedin Loop. What more could you ask for? I have spent years searching for my Oz and now I have found it in Dunedin at Scottish Towers II-yours truly-Dorothy!
