Scottish Towers II Apartments

I feel like I have found paradise!! All the staff are so friendly and helpful!! Multiple grilling stations are clean and they provide the propane! Very responsive to maintenance issues! The pier is my most favorite as can hang out fish and kayak from it!! Fish cleaning station recently added is so appreciated!! Love it here!! Thanks!! 💕

Im not a tenant but I made a delivery there at the back of the building. I went to go up the elevator and the door next to it(im guessing is the trash room)had 3 rats run out one which ran over my foot!!! I will not go to that filthy property ever again. How hard is it to purchase a few ultrasonic repellers at Home Depot?? Absolutely disgusting. Do better....

I am into my 2nd year living here at Scottish Towers. Diane, Linda, n Karly have always went out of their way to help with all of my needs.( I became handicapped after moving in) They, along w Chad, Billy, Cliff, n Angie have gone out of their way to help me. They made the elevators easier to get my scooter in n out. They bring my mail to me if I can’t walk some days. I mentioned to Diane about additional handicap parking needed n immediately she had Billy n Cliff marking 2 additional handicap spaces for all of us… The staff n maintenance are incredible n go out of their way to accommodate everyone…

UPDATE: ( they also have an uncontrolled colony of Wharf rats living on the property and when I brought the attention to the office was told we live on the water deal with it. We opted to move after being told by Diane that we could move and have our deposit to Now find that they have sent a collection effort to attorneys saying that we have now left owing them a large amount of money when we actually moved out before the rent was even due again and now it's on our credit preventing us from getting a place to live anywhere else when we're trying to move to Texas to be with my daughter. So now we're having to see this in court and this is the update on trying to let people know do not live here if they don't like you you will have a problem they have a high turnover here for a reason. If the owner wants to comment on this updated version of my post what he can do if he truly wants to help or they is get these people off my back and get the stuff off my credit so that we can actually get a better place to live in a house instead of another apartment. It does no good for us for him to placate me just to look nice to people who are reading reviews. If you truly mean what you say handle your management and get your attorneys off my back.) I would never recommend this place to a senior or anyone else. I am 60 years old my husband is 56 we moved here from North Carolina we talked to Carly over the phone. We were told there were dishwashers and microwave and that the units have been newly renovated so we rented the unit we were charged over triple the amount of the $500 deposit that they usually charge to boot. I left my microwave and all behind we get all the way down here to find out they have no dishwashers and no microwaves when I confront the office manager Diane about it she calls me a liar about talking to anyone in the office about it when I paused to think of who they were slams her office door in my face and then proceeds to make it a hostile living environment around there a lot of the older tenants there have cliquish groups and if you don't fit their mold they don't want anything to do with you and they want you out of there they have a lot of things they do not allow you to do their that is not in their lease that they verbally amend every time you turn around with Miss Diane so we opted to move 3 months or so after moving out and our rent suddenly went from 19 and change a month to over $2,000 a month I would not recommend this because I have a feeling that my husband and I are going to end up in court over this one because it's a bait and switch all day long they even advertised open concept kitchens with dishwashers now that they've actually put pictures up and they do not have those units at least not that they offered us and refused to move us and the even the pool table of the Show online is not the one that is in their Clubhouse renter beware! And shame on you Diane and office staff!
