I am into my 2nd year living here at Scottish Towers. Diane, Linda, n Karly have always went out of their way to help with all of my needs.( I became handicapped after moving in) They, along w Chad, Billy, Cliff, n Angie have gone out of their way to help me. They made the elevators easier to get my scooter in n out. They bring my mail to me if I can’t walk some days. I mentioned to Diane about additional handicap parking needed n immediately she had Billy n Cliff marking 2 additional handicap spaces for all of us… The staff n maintenance are incredible n go out of their way to accommodate everyone…

We have lived at Scottish Towers for two years, and love it here! The office staff: Diane, Linda, and Karly all do a wonderful job taking care of residents’ requests and comfort, and work diligently to solve any problems that arise. The housekeeping crew - Angie and Chad do a great job keeping common areas as clean and neat as possible, as well as doing move out and move in cleanings thoroughly for new residents. Billy and Terry are always striving to keep up with work order requests, and respond promptly when something needs to be fixed or replaced. Cliff assists with maintenance as needed, and works tirelessly to manually rid the beach and pier areas of seaweed and debris that collect there. To summarize, we have experienced great service and a caring, friendly attitude from all the staff here at Scottish Towers.

Karly was thorough and expedient at processing my application and assisting my approval. Terry fixed a minor issue within 12 hours of my asking. Cliff maintains the landscaping beautifully and showed me how to light the grill. Chad showed me how to use the washers. Angie helped me find an item in the Clubhouse when I first moved in. Diane and Linda both spoke with me and introduced themselves when I passed them in my first few days of moving in and Billy showed me how to find the leasing office by taking me right to it, the first day I set foot on the grounds. Every single staff has been friendly and supportive. I couldn't be happier to have such a beautiful community with such an awesome vibe.

We have lived at Scottish Towers for 3 years and we LOVE it here! The grounds are kept very clean by the maintenance staff of Holly, Rich, and Chad! Everyone is friendly and there is always something to do. We have a beautiful dock to watch the lovely Florida sunsets and a pool to cool off on those sunny summer days. All maintenance requests are done in a very timely manner. You will love your apartment home here at Scottish Towers!
