I had the good pleasure of presenting here a few weeks ago, on the topic of 'Hearing Loss & Cognition.' The staff were all friendly to work with, and the seniors in attendance had great questions. In general, this place seems pretty well run, and as a Doctor, I appreciate it's willingness to bring in experts on topics such as hearing, cognition, vision, nutrition, etc. Parking was easy and I would recommend this location! -Dr. Thakkar

Such a nice facility with the most incredibly sweet, caring and helpful staff. Owners take great pride in keeping the facility very clean. They have a fun activity calendar, nice library with a vast selection of books, beautiful movie room, prayer room, billiards room, outdoor garden space, beauty salon, work out room (with trained staff), and a lovely area for eating meals. All meals are served to you like at a nice restaurant. Every room in their apartments is equipped with a help pull cord in case of emergency, and they also have weekly nurse visits to help manage medications and take residents to/from doctor visits. Overall, it gives our family a great peace of mind knowing our loved one is going to be taken care of with such care and respect. Definitely recommend taking a tour and considering it for your loved one.

We looked at several places for my mom, and Scholl Canyon was different (in a very good way) than the rest. The interest they took in my mother, and her situation, felt very sincere, personal, and kind - I know this management team cares about its tenants and staff. The team exceeded our expectations. I want to give a special thank you to Eileen, Diva, and Paul - all part of the management team at Scholl - and all very caring people!

Scholl Canyon Estates is an excellent facility for your senior loved ones. My 92 year old mom lived there for 1 1/2 years and she loved it. The only reason we moved her is because she needed a higher level of care. Paul and Eileen, who manage the facility, will go above and beyond to make sure they (and the staff) accomodate all the residents' needs and are happy. There is also a separate company there (TLC) that operates a caretaking business at the facility. So if you need some light to moderate care, they (TLC) can accommodate you. Scholl has numerous fun activities, is very clean, and has recently updated the common areas. The staff are all friendly and very attentive. I actually enjoyed going there often to visit my mom and to talk with the staff. We definitely had an excellent experience at Scholl Canyon Gracious Retirement Living and I strongly recommend it.
