Santianna is a fantastic establishment. It is clearly best-in-class in the North County San Diego area. The facility is gorgeous, and there is always something fun and engaging happening on site. The events are very well-curated by the activities staff, Mollie in particular. They bring in very talented entertainers, and all the residents are excited and appreciative of atmosphere & culture that is created by Mollie and the activities team. You could not choose a better senior facility to make your home, I highly recommend!

My father has lived here going on 2 years. He's thriving!!! After a terrible living situation at Silvergate San Marcos, where he was threatened by Staff the day my mother died because they were desperate to get his apartment back to rent it to couples! Then my dead mothers jewelry was stolen and when I threatened to involve police, most but NOT all miraculously returned. Anyway... you would be lucky if you moved here! The food is adequate. There's a few events daily. Staff are amazing. WHAT A DIFFERENCE 2 YEARS AGO... Now? It's been purchased by a huge corporation that claimed to have residents best interest but... brand new facility had no a/c during hotest time of year. Pushing out heat at temperature of 87. Dad had 3 hospitalizations in a month for severe dehydration and UTI. Finally, after threatening and calls to Ombudsman they miraculously found the part needed to repair ac! CHEF hired to impress people into buying in disappeared year 2 after opening. Staff mostly quit after new company bought facility. Very frustrating but... STILL 100% BETTER THAN SILVERGATE SAN MARCOS WHERE BOTH PARENTS WERE! My father had his 5th hospital stay for dehydration. The facility has been sold AGAIN. All the best employees have quit! VERY DISAPPOINTED. My dad no longer eats here...I cook and deliver meals weekly. Very frustrating because price increases with every sale of this place!

The Activities Department has gone out of their way to provide enriching day-to-day activities as well as professional entertainment. The facilities are clean and well-managed. The care teams are attentive and engaged at all times. Every facet of the property communicates the dedication and quality of care that every employee embodies and that every resident deserves and should expect.

I had the pleasure of visiting this retirement facility when I visited my grandparents. The variety of activities offered here is truly remarkable, catering to the diverse interests of its residents. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming environment. It’s evident that they care deeply about the well-being and happiness of the residents.
