My mother has been a very satisfied resident at Sandford Estates now since the end of 2024. I love visiting her here. Jim and Laurie are such gracious managers. They make me feel very welcome when I visit. They have created a loving, warm, hospitable family atmosphere which causes me to feel confident that my mother is receiving excellent care. Inside, the facility is inviting and attractive. The grounds are refreshingly surrounded by pines and hardwoods. The lawns and garden are delightfully well-kept.

The best decision I’ve made. The people are wonderful, and very accommodating. I wake up and go to sleep with no worries of day to day living issues. Just about everything I need is provided. Its clean, the grounds are beautiful. I am very happy here.

I am a retired Army Veteran, Sanford estates has helped me along the way. They moved me from a Days Inn 20 miles away. I didn't feel safe there. I am very active in the community and I fight hard to get Veteran what they need. I was welcomed with open arms by the managers and sales leaders. The food here is amazing. Y'all are a blessing thank you.

Current resident review - August 2018. Beautiful, elegant facility built in December 2016. Frequent management team changes - five Manager and / or Assistant Manager team changes in one year. Very average food - great breakfasts, okay lunches and very weak suppers. Transportation to doctor appointments and shopping strong. Historically weak activities program for residents.
