I’m very grateful for the care my mom received at Salem Transitional Care. She stayed there for about a month, and the RNs and LPNs were consistently patient, kind, and attentive. While the facility did seem a bit understaffed at times, the quality of care never wavered. It’s been a couple of weeks since she returned home, and she still talks about how much she enjoyed her time there and how wonderful everyone was to her. That really says a lot. I would absolutely recommend Salem Transitional Care to others looking for a place where their loved ones will be treated with compassion and respect.

Beautiful facility and wonderful staff! Everyone greeted me with smiles and were so helpful. I was especially impressed with the therapy gym. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for inpatient or outpatient rehab!

My mother Janet stayed here for 7 weeks in April and May. She was well cared for and they gave her a chance to get mobile again through daily rehab. She died last weekend of natural causes. Nothing could have prevented that but I take comfort in the memory of how well she was treated at Salem Trans. Thank you to Marsha, Deb, Jodi and all the care staff that treated, cared for and worked with my mother. It was an incredibly positive experience and during the remaining three months of her life after she left Salem Trans, she often commented on how much fun she had working out and how much she enjoyed her room and the people. Thank you all so much.

Food is good, great facility overall. Staff is amazing. Had a stroke 3 1/2 months ago and the therapy has been amazing.
