Rosemont

Thank you to Rosemont! The love and compassion this facility shows to its residents is unparalleled. I know that my grandmother is loved and taken care of and I cannot thank you enough for that. Each time we visit, we are greeted with kindness from the staff. This time period is one that is hard for our family and we are so grateful for the support that Rosemont gives. My absolute favorite part is seeing the updates and images of her havung fun from the games that are played to the special celebration days since we cannot be there for everything. Rosemont goes above and beyond in its care. The staff are the best! And most importantly, my grandmother is happy. We are truly grateful for the smiles they bring and all they do.

I stopped by Rosemont Memory Care with just a quick question while I'm in the process of relocating and looking for a place for a loved one. I honestly wasn't expecting much since it was a Saturday, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very welcoming from the moment I walked in. A young lady named Dawn was there and offered to give me a tour even though I hadn't scheduled anything. She took the time to answer all of my questions and was incredibly warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. What I appreciated most was that she didn't make me feel rushed. She even shared some helpful tips on things to look for when touring memory care communities and recommended a few good places to eat since I'm new to the area. One thing that really stood out was when I asked a couple of questions about my loved one's insurance and whether relocating would affect anything. She answered what she could, but instead of guessing, she told me they had an insurance professional who could help answer any additional questions and guide me in the right direction. I left feeling like they genuinely cared about helping people, not just filling rooms. If Dawn and the rest of the staff are a reflection of what Rosemont is all about, then this is definitely a place worth considering. I'm very glad I stopped in.

I had a wonderful experience visiting Rosemont by Sonida today. From the moment I arrived, the environment felt welcoming and well cared for. I especially want to thank Chyanna for her outstanding customer service—she was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. She took the time to answer my questions and made the entire visit smooth and pleasant. It’s clear she truly cares about the residents and guests.
