From our first impression to our actual experience, Rose Tree Place Personal Care didn’t disappoint. The surroundings are bright, clean, and attractive. The staff is caring, compassionate, and attentive. Residents have access to many daily activities, from crafts to road trips to musical programs. We were very pleased and highly recommend Rose Tree .

From the moment we first walked into Rose Tree Place, we knew it was the right place for my mother-in-law. Mike and the entire staff made us feel welcome. Everyone we met—residents, their families, and staff—told us how happy we were going to be there. We were truly looking forward to it and even moved her things in, but unfortunately, she never had the chance to join the community. In that difficult time, Mike was incredibly gracious, giving us the space to be with family without worrying about the apartment. Even though we didn’t get to be part of the community, we know in our hearts it was the right place.

I would not suggest this place, I'm a Lyft driver and I recently did I ride 1am July 27th 2025. I dropped off Israel and his wife in the rain. They were locked out of the facility. No emergency number no nothing. There is no way to contact anyway 1am. They just returned home from a family trip and they are locked out. I'm currently with them now as I write this. The elderly often forget things and more to have no way for them to get in the building and it's now 2am is insane. This place needs to do better

I can't say enough good things about Rose Tree Place. Everyone who works there is incredibly kind and helpful. They made my mom’s transition smooth and stress-free, which meant so much to our family. Their response time was impressively fast, and we always felt supported and informed. Highly recommend!
