We had a devastating experience with Rose Terra Senior Living. My 83-year-old mother-in-law was admitted for memory care. Within just 10 days, our family arrived to find her slumped over in a wheelchair in the hallway, wearing someone else’s dirty clothes, with her breast exposed. This level of neglect was shocking and unacceptable. During her stay, she lost 10 pounds and developed pneumonia. When we raised concerns, the on-call doctor reportedly suggested Mucinex—an alarming response given her condition. Recognizing the seriousness of her decline, my wife called an ambulance to have her transported to the hospital. She is now in the ICU on life support and now has been placed on hospice care at end of life. No family should have to witness their loved one treated this way. Our experience was heartbreaking, and we strongly caution others to thoroughly evaluate their options before placing a loved one here! Rose Tara, shame on you for treating our loved one like this! Hospital test results from when she left your facility are very alarming.

My Mom has been at Rose Tara now for over 3 years. She has been well cared for and I can honestly say “loved” by all the staff at the facility! I never have to worry about my Mom because I am contacted when she needs anything. When you have to work every day and you can’t provide care for your parent, it’s comforting to know that I can trust the staff at Rose Tara to care for my Mom like I would!

Rose Tara is an amazing facility. I know this from personal experience. The extraordinary care and compassion they give their residents is unmatched by anything I have ever experienced. A huge thank you to the entire staff for the excellent care you gave my loved one.

Rose Tara is a top notch community. While the building is older this doesn’t reflect how warm and loving the community is. The community is always clean and the floors are always super shiny! The staff are friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. The residents are happy and they are always having fun!
