Absolutely incredible staff and facility here! I would absolutely recommend them! They have dealt with every concern and difficulty with grace and really take the time to get to know their residents and train their staff according to the residents' needs. I cannot speak more highly of their staff! Incredible facility! Updated in November 2020: My husband has been here in memory care since they opened memory care at the end of March, 2019, and I still cannot say enough good about this facility. They go far beyond the extra mile to make sure that his needs are taken care of, which is SUCH a blessing, being so far away. Their regular check ins to ask me if there's anything they could do better are encouraging. They have so many fun events for the residents, and during this awful pandemic, I am confident that my husband is receiving hands' down the best care imaginable. He is still so happy and calm, even in the midst of this pandemic, and video chats are so great. I adore the staff and am so thankful for them! They really try to get to know the residents and work with them to learn how to best care for them.

We were on a waiting list as my husband had memory issues and was getting worse. When the call came I cried; and we moved in. He was in memory care and there was a lovely apartment available for me. He passed away two years ago but I am not going anywhere, I love it here. Erin does a great job in memory care. The residents are treated with respect,, compassion and love.

THREE management staff interacted with me during my visit with my Dad today! Two sat with us for at least ten minutes. PLUS they all know about everything he does and share that with me. They're amazing! I am SO BLESSED having my Dad at Pillars!

Amazing caring and everyone should visit and show their support I wish I could people like me who struggle this time of year like me some in more ways then one need places like this where they treat you like family pictures are worth a thousand words! Happy holidays!!
