My wife's Aunt spent a little over a year here. She began quite well but did decline during her stay. The girls were excellent in caring for her. She became quite loved by "some of" the staff . And she loved "some of" the staff. She laughed and had such a good time during her stay. She was recently given days to live after being put on hospice and the staff were great through it all. Snack carts were brought in daily for visiting family and for my wife who was there the most. After she passed, a couple single staff members came to the funeral home to pay respects. However, she was not recognized by the owners or administration. Her stay was an expensive one but that did not matter. Whatever she needed. You would think the facility would send condolences. No card, no flowers, no phone call. I have no more words.

I couldn't be happier with the excellent care my mother recieved at Ridgewood. The staff is attentive, caring , and knowledgeable and it's obvious they care deeply about the residents. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I’m an Employee at Ridgewood been wrkn At Ridgewood Healthcare for about 3 years I’ve been a Stna sence 1997 My years of wrkn there has been up an Down But I like Wrkn there I’ve Learned a lot about Ridgewood as well as The Ppl I’ve met there over the years Im gonna Give a Shout Out to the Ones that have made my years As An Employee there a Little Easier at times an I really Appreciate them, Jennifer J in HR Also Alisha A in Scheduling, Kelly the Unit Manager on AL ,Sarah one of the RN that I always wrk with On AL An Laura another RN That I enjoy wrkn with It’s ppl like You Guys that help things go a lot Smoother For ME whenever I’m working on AL with you guys I Appreciate all you Have done for me It’s the Little things that mean a LOT 😉👍🏾

The employees at Ridgewood are truly extraordinary human beings. They cared for my Mom with such loving kindness, were attentive and professional, and acted as if every resident was a member of a special and important community. Kudos to and many heartfelt thanks from our family.
