Best place to have your parents, Can’t say enough about the care that they have provided for Dad and Mom over the 15 months they have been there. Dad unfortunately has passed and the care he received was second to none. All staff were very helpful in making his time there meaningful! Mom continues to reside there and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Great place for your loved one’s!!

I just want to thank all the wonderful amazing people at Richland Woods. They take such great care of my Mom and have helped in here complete recovery. The social aspect along with the great food and activities all make my Moms stay just like a cruise on land. There is no better place to be! My mom has been part of the Richland Woods by New Perspective Community for 6 months. She is thriving and our family could not be more satisfied or happier. Prior to this she was at a different personal care facility. There is just no comparison to the increased quality environment and care she currently is receiving. One highlight of this place is "fieldtrips" or appropriate everyday type outings that many people take for granted- such as going out for ice-cream, a drive to see fall foliage, a visit to thank the local fire department to deliver cookies or a men's outing at the local hot dog joint. Richland Woods also provides transportation to appointments for their community members Richland Woods has an amazing life engagement person. She has a variety of numerous activities that are engaging. She also uses the strengths and talents of the community members in ways that they can contribute and be a benefit everyone. The nursing staff is top notch. My mother has had reduced doctor visits and medical emergencies due to the knowledgeable and caring staff. Professionalism is top notch. The grounds are gorgeous and beautifully maintained. Residents are able to enjoy the well manicured outdoor areas. I would highly recommend this community.

My Mom has been at Richland Woods for about 2.5 years now. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. We cannot say enough positive things about the staff. They are friendly, caring and meet all of her needs. We can't walk up the hall with her without one of the staff stopping and hugging her. She often says how many nice people work there. Additionally, the administrative staff is amazing. They are always friendly, professional, and there when we have a question or need something. They can't be anymore accommodating then they are. We moved my Mom in for her own protection so that she would have someone around 24/7 in case she needed them and to get proper socialization. Both goals have been met. In the beginning, the staff encouraged her to socialize and attend their many events. She's done that and she is now living her best life. Thanks to everyone at Richland Woods.
