    I had the pleasure of taking part in the Carnival at Revel of Lodi, and I can’t say enough great things about this amazing senior community! Harvey, Danny, Deborra, Mary, and the rest of the team did an absolutely incredible job putting the event together. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help — and they did it all with a smile! The facilities are beautiful and truly second to none. Revel of Lodi is a wonderful place filled with great people and an uplifting community spirit.

    I love living here at REVEL! if you see yourselves retiring in a resort type atmosphere, then you must come check this out! if you enjoy fine, dining or relax dining come visit here! There’s so much going with all the amenities,. I personally enjoy the heated pool

    Update from Dr. Laura Smith: What kind of company claims they sent you a bill and immediately, BEFORE it's even due, sends it to collections? What kind of company hires a lawyer to demand specific details about your disabilities just to receive services offered according to the lease? What kind of company claims to offer "resort-like", "premium", and "refined" services, lets their housekeeper treat you poorly, and then, hires an attorney to tell you that, suddenly, "'laundry folding" is not a service they offer, even though laundry service is clearly written in the lease and in all the resorts I've lived or visited, my clothes were always returned folded, so I can say this company is not at all "resort-like". What type of service you may receive? Consider if you want your housekeeper to tell you to choose between dusting OR mopping the floor because she won't do both? ---- Revel does not provide all of the services they promise with the lease. Housekeeping services are now poor and housekeeping staff can be unprofessional. Be prepared to lower your expectations for some services and please carefully consider your definition of "resort-like" or "premium" services before you move in because such poor services are neither "resort-like" nor "premium". I have to question the owner's use of the term "best-in-class." What class, I wonder? -------------- Response to the owner: your director, Harvey, could not be bothered about such matters. He announced to the room, "don't contact me if you have a problem with housekeeping, let the concierge know".
