We recently toured The Residences at Gramercy in Lincoln, and I was genuinely impressed. The entire community was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and welcoming from the moment we walked through the doors. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, kind, and eager to help, which speaks volumes about the atmosphere they have created here. A special shoutout to Kelsie, who led our tour. She was knowledgeable, professional, and so welcoming throughout the whole experience. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the different living options, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. If you're exploring independent or assisted living options for yourself or a loved one, this place is definitely worth adding to your list. First impressions matter, and ours was a very positive one. 💙

My family has had an amazing experience with this assisted living community. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can tell the staff truly cares about the residents and treats them like family. Everyone is friendly, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents are comfortable, engaged, and well cared for. The community is clean, welcoming, and offers a variety of activities that help residents stay active and connected. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a positive environment where residents can truly feel at home. My aunt is living here. The Gramercy was purchased by a new company last year— they have cut the staff and services. They are constantly screwing up her meds. The quality of the food has gone down, they no longer provide scheduling services for her doctors and the (staff) turnover is very high— it is so frustrating and disappointing. It seems that the new company cares nothing for the people; their health and standard of living— and only for profits. My aunt doesn’t want to leave because it’s taken her so long to make friends there and finally feel at home, but we feel we have no choice but to move her because her safety and health are in jeopardy. It’s terribly sad.
