My mother was a long term resident at Renaissance North and felt truly loved and at home there. She began living there four years ago in independent living after selling her home. She adjusted quickly making new friends and enjoying some of the activities. As her needs for help in daily functions grew, she was able to make a new home in the assisted living facility. The familiarity of staff and friends helped to make this move easier. She was set to continue living there but in memory care after a long stay in rehab but unfortunately she wasn’t able to return because of her condition. Originally we selected Renaissance because we felt the friendly and happy vibe of this facility compared to the others we visited. Stephanie gave us all the information we asked for and guided around professionally. After mom moved into assisted living, Monica(who has been a constant source of care and positive assistance) and so many others made us feel at home. Once in assisted living we had the same experience with truly caring and loving people whom we love and will hold in our hearts. Each person we interacted with made my mom feel special and like family. That’s why we had hoped for mom to go to memory care to have the continuity of staff and friends.

Renaissance North Tampa Memory Care is the best. My mother has received constant loving care by all staff members. Jalil's friendliness and calm attitude towards residents, coworkers and family members is heartwarming. He makes everyone smile and feel cared for. Almost 8 years ago, my 85 yr old mother, after recovering from a broken hip, had to be put into assisted living in order to receive proper care. At that time, my 89 yr old dad made the decision to join her. Both of them received excellent compassionate care the entire time they were a part of the Renaissance family. My mom passed over 3 years ago, and I lost my dad recently. My brother and I are both very thankful that we found Renaissance for their care. Just over a year ago, my 95 year old uncle, which my brother and I also take care of, came to the point that he needed assisted living. Because of our experience and satisfaction at Renaissance, it was an easy decision to move him into the Renaissance facility. We are very pleased with our experience at Renaissance.

Renaissance has been a great experience for my loved ones and has provided the care and respect we have needed for them. Stephanie has been wonderful to work with from our initial tour, to setting up my loved ones in their new apartment to the resident care she has shown throughout. We are very impressed with both Stephanie and the property as a whole.
