These facilities are equipped with trained staff and offer engaging activities designed to promote well-being while ensuring a safe living environment.

Life Plan/CCRCs

Also referred to as Life Plan Communities, these communities offer a comprehensive continuum of care for residents. CCRCs offer multiple levels of care, allowing seniors to transition between independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care as their needs change throughout their aging journey.

Most importantly, It is not how grand the building is! And how soothing and beautiful is Maison Park! It is the loving, caring culture that permeates Regents Point!

My former employee applied to work here a few months ago and was happy about the job. It gave my family and I much joy that she had found employment even though, I felt that the waitstaff position was beneath her as she had been my PA for so long and had a wide range of competencies. We relocated outside the country and although it was our wish for her to relocate with us, we understood she was an established student who could not uproot her life to relocate with us. It came as a shock to my husband and I this evening that she had been fired for having a poor work ethic. Mary has always been an above and beyond type of person and It was always a pleasure to have her work for us. She loved and took care of my children for years, taking the load off my life as a business owner and mom. Finding her replacement in our lives has proven to be a challenge. Of course there is a cause of every action and from what was gathered the management needs to do better is providing training for their employees. For the meager pay they give their staff at the very least there should be a good work/life balance. As a business owner myself I know that the primary goal is to make a profit but I also understand how crucial it is to attract talent and being cheap is not the way to do it. It is a shame that a girl as kind and hardworking as she is was treated in such a manner. Her patience, travel planning skills and ability to get good deals are what I miss most about her. Regents Point truly did not deserve a dedicated person like Mary. It is in my belief that she will thrive in her next chapters.

We have now lived here for 23 months. It felt like home after 1 week. Regents Point is extremely friendly. This starts with the attitude of the management team and extends through most of the residents. Our apartment is spacious enough for our own needs, there are guest rooms available when we have company, food is available 3 meals a day with good variety. The best thing is all the new friends we've made, followed by the caring staff. Lots of things to do!

Regents Pointe's Windcrest facility was an answer to our prayers when it came to friendly, positive, professional staff who actually care for our mom (who suffers with dementia, severely handicapped and needs 24/7 care). The food is excellent; the facility is always clean. There are interesting activities planned daily, and they help even those who struggle to participate feel included. Mom has never complained about living at Windcrest and she feels safe there. I enjoy coming to see Mom at Windcrest because I am greeted personally by staff. It feels like we are a team. I am always able to find out from a nurse, or other staff, information about how my mom is doing. Very grateful we became part of the Regents Pointe Windcrest family!
