Queenstown Landing has the distinct feature of an expert, caring, and attentive staff in a beautiful setting. Residents are made to feel special, helping them make adjustments and feel secure that all their needs are being addressed. The aides always have a smile and a friendly greeting for the residents and visitors alike. Stepping into the lobby, one feels a positive atmosphere and sense of wellbeing. It is a very welcoming feeling. If you are considering an assisted living option for your loved one, I totally recommend QTL.

After researching many options, we chose Queenstown Landing for my father, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Queenstown Landing has been an absolute blessing for our family. The facility is beautiful, clean, and perfectly captures a welcoming Eastern Shore charm. From the cozy fireplace and movie theater to the excellent dining program, every detail is designed for comfort.What truly sets them apart is the staff. They are compassionate, respectful, and highly professional, providing top-tier care while preserving our loved one's independence.With 24/7 safety pendants and the medical pavilion right across the street, we have total peace of mind. I cannot recommend this wonderful community highly enough!

The staff has been wonderful in taking care of my relatives. It makes you feel good to know that the people working there are as invested in there well being as you are. It can be tough transitioning loved ones to an assisted living facility, but the level of care they provide eliminate any concerns you may have.
