The level of care that the staff gives the residents in the mental care ward is amazing. My great aunt loves all of the staff and they shared so much love towards her. If I didn’t have to leave to pack up and catch a flight I would have stayed all day. They were sweet and helpful and you can tell that they genuinely want to be there and care for each and every resident. They were over the moon that I came to visit her. You can see it in their eyes and smiles that they are the best type of human being that you could hope to care for your loved ones. And the food was impressive as well. I shared lunch with my great aunt and several of her friends while I was there and I left full and the taste buds were satisfied.

Quail Park hosted a Social event recently for folks on the waitlist. I attended with my mother in law who was on the waitlist. It was a wonderful chance to meet some of the staff and the current residents. It was a catered event held on the Edmonds waterfront. Loved the event and it helped us to feel that we made the right choice in choosing Quail Park.

Our family is grateful for the compassionate care our father has received in the Tribute memory care wing at Quail Park during a very difficult transition. The entire team goes above and beyond, creating meaningful activities while treating residents with dignity, kindness, and genuine understanding. Their consistent communication and heartfelt dedication have given us tremendous peace of mind and reassurance that our father is in excellent hands.

Quail Park is a greedy, careless, lonely place for a loved one. Moving my mother in there is my biggest regret. Care costs were overpriced and management is heartless. Save yourself heartache and money by finding a different place.
