They have had a lot of change and the wrong people in place who did not do the place justice. As soon as we spoke up they took action. They brought in a new manager, who started cleaning the place up in a week. There are still improvement to be made like anywhere. I have faith they will continue on this new path. DON’T PUT YOUR FAMILY OR LOVED ONES HERE. It is no longer The Regent! The change of ownership will put this place under. Unprofessional, incompetent management and a complete lack of accountability, respect and compassion for our elderly population as well as family/caregivers. Corporate greed. Please shop around! There are better alternatives.

Great staff and management! There were some problems recently but the new manager is listening and addressing concerns. Listening to your clients goes a long way.

If you are looking for an Assisted, living facility, look no further. I have never seen a cleaner more spacious Facility for caring for our elderly. Alex, Director of sales is probably one of the most knowledgeable young men that I have ever met. He welcomed my friend got him a beautiful room helped him with the initial move begin and became his friend. He also became my friend. We were greeted immediately by five employees, inquiring what they could do to help us. The whole aura of the facility was one of happiness. My only knowledge of old folks homes came from Jack Nicholson. Pueblo Regent is a great place to live. There are numerous activities. The food is fantastic, and the residents choose from a menu. And if there’s nothing on the menu, they always have sandwiches cheeseburgers, and other food items. The two meals that I enjoyed in the dining room were excellent. There is a housekeeping service which services each room on a weekly basis, and they also monitor the residents on their floors To make sure that they are happy, eating well and a system where needed. The chief maintenance man, Christian, is always ready to help, and the driver of the limousine, Fred, will take you anywhere you want to go in the Pueblo area. I meant so many caring and wonderful staff, always wearing sincere smiles, to mention them by name, but from the waitresses and waiters, the maintenance staff, the housekeeping staff is a concierge, thank you for inviting us into your home And giving my friend a new family. it’s a very different experience to go to a workplace and actually see the employees happy to be working and I was told that they are paid a very good livable rate so you get good employees with good ethics. Alex, you are a saint and I wish you well. You took a very difficult situation and made the whole process enjoyable and I made a friend. Thank you to the whole staff and the corporate owners of Pueblo Regent for providing a wonderful environment for our elderly. I look forward to visiting my friend in the spring, and I can stay with him for a nominal fee, including meals. I’m looking forward to that journey.
