If you’re looking for a beautiful, welcoming senior living community, I highly recommend Provincial Chico. From the moment you walk in, you’ll notice how clean, bright, and modern the community feels. The design is fresh and inviting, making it a place that truly feels comfortable and uplifting. What really stands out, though, is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents. They go out of their way to make people feel welcomed and supported, which creates a warm, home-like environment. Residents here truly feel at home. There’s a strong sense of community, and there are fun activities happening every day, giving residents plenty of opportunities to stay social, active, and engaged. Another wonderful feature is the shuttle lift service, which makes transportation easy and accessible for residents who need it. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making life convenient and enjoyable for everyone who lives there. Overall, Provincial Chico is a beautiful community with caring people, great amenities, and a lively atmosphere. It’s definitely a place where residents can feel comfortable, supported, and happy. Highly recommend!

Provincial Chico is a lovely place. I toured the facility with my uncle recently as he is looking to move on to the next chapter in his life after my aunt's passing. The staff, especially Kristine who gave us the tour, are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The director Kaitlyn answered all of my questions completely, even providing information I had not considered. The staged unit we saw was perfectly set up to demonstrate how to maximize every square inch. The dining room and other common areas were easily accessible for residents of all capabilities. There is quite a variety of activities available for residents to participate in at their own comfort level. I told my uncle that if I was on my own, I would move into that community myself! Great place.

I've been a frequent guest to Provincial over the years and have been impressed with their recent interior updates as well as the consistent Lifestyle programming and activities for their residents! The staff at Provincial is always welcoming and the food always smells great!

Provincial Chico has exceeded my expectations in every way! The employees truly care about the residents and do all they can to make their brighten their days. The building itself has undergone incredible renovations and feels very welcoming. They offer live music each week and host large events for the residents/community each quarter. I would be proud to have my grandparents live at Provincial Chico!
