Primrose has been such a blessing! Mom was getting so lonely living alone after dad’s passing and she has found many new friends and is becoming more herself. The experience of moving was easier thanks we anticipated thanks to the amazing staff. They are all friendly and supportive. Not only of Mom and her needs but also of our entire family!

Primrose has a warm and inviting feel. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is beautiful and clean. I’ve attended many events with my son and we’ve both had a fun and rewarding time. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for assisted living.

My family's experience over the last two years has been positive. My parents moved to Primrose in the summer of 2019, some of the first residents. We've experienced both life in the independent villas and in assisted living. The facility is beautiful, well appointed and well maintained. The staff is caring and considerate. In any group of people, there is a range. There are some truly spectacular folks on staff and some not quite as good. What continually impresses me is even those that aren't superstars are still very good. The management sets high expectations and their commitment really shows. The entire place strives always to be its best. I've been impressed how they kept the community safe during the pandemic. They resumed activities as the pandemic would allow and go the extra mile to find enjoyable activities. The pandemic pushed us all into uncharted territory. The communication has been very good throughout, even as the rules were constantly changing. We're very pleased with care my parents have received and recommend Primrose without reservation.
