Residents rooms dirty. Dirty briefs in garbages. Waited over 40 mins in dining room to have order taken (after watching multiple people who came after us, give their orders AND be served). Workers are only their for a paycheck. Looks can be deceiving. I used to work here. I've been behind the scenes.

Needs better management they don’t care about client safety or their staff (when I say management I mean ED and the Nurses management) this place is going down hill fast they also keep hiring people that doesn’t know what they are doing and have new people that doesn’t know what they are doing to train more new people so it’s getting worse.

I walked in and everyone was happy and joking and laughing. The atmosphere seemed more like a family reunion than a retirement community. Yes - my mom is the executive director and drives us nuts constantly saying she has the cutest residents in the world - which was true as she walked in the dining room and loudly announced I was her son and they all wanted to hug me. I guess she is right - they are cute and now I know why she’s so happy when she gets home. Thank you to all Primrose residents and employees for making my mom so happy!

I would like to thank all of the staff at Primrose Retirement Community of Midland. Recently, both of my parents were in the hospital at the same time, on different floors. My husband also had hip surgery and was in the hospital at the same time. While navigating this perfect storm, the staff at Primrose was nothing but amazing. My dad was released first, and the staff took excellent care of him while the rest of us were at the hospital. My mom and husband were discharged from the hospital on the same day, and Primrose staff came to pick my mom up so that I could get my husband home. The Director of Primrose and the RN at Primrose visited both of my parents ... on their day off. We could not have managed the last few weeks without the support and extra care that ALL the staff at Primrose provided to my parents. The staff works so hard and I could not be happier with the love and support that has been given to my parents.
