I don’t even know where to start with Primrose in Marion. I would give 10 stars if I could.Complete warmth and caring from the time we walked through their doors!. I have never been so impressed with their staff and could rest every night knowing they were giving my mom great care!. They all work as a team and I never ever had a bad experience with any staff member working there! I highly, highly recommend checking out Primrose in Marion for your loved one. I love you all and want you to know how special your facility and staff are!!!! Thank you from a more than grateful family member Lisa Zimmerman

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this community! A loved one of mine lives here, and the care and compassion they receive from the staff is truly unmatched. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with warmth and professionalism. The team goes above and beyond to make the residents feel safe, valued, and at home. It brings me so much peace of mind knowing they’re in such good hands. Truly grateful for this amazing place!

This community feels just like home. The building is warm, inviting, and beautifully kept — every space is clean and thoughtfully decorated. The staff is truly exceptional — always friendly, patient, and attentive. It’s clear they take great pride in making residents feel comfortable and cared for!

I am one of several ministers to those residents residing at Primrose. Out of all of the Assisted Living and nursing homes that I have ministered to, I have to say Primrose is the cleanest and the safest with door security. They have lovely activity rooms an Exquisite dining room for the residence. The staff is very friendly and I see that they take the time with those who need help. I would highly recommend primrose. I'll add photos of the dining room and the movie theater When I visit the next time. If Management approves
