My family looked at various Assisted Living Places for my 98 year-old mother, and Primrose was the one we felt was the nicest one. Her studio apartment is very roomy with plenty of space to have Mom's own furniture in the living area and bedroom area. This made her transition from her home to an Assisted Care Facility very easy. When the family visits Mom, there is plenty of room to gather and chat in her apartment. The extra large windows in her studio provide plenty of natural light and really make Mom's apartment bright and welcoming. Mom loves it here and quickly called this her home. The entire facility is very clean, offers so many services, and is decorated beautifully. Mom has enjoyed attending church service in the chapel, doing chair exercises in the Activities Room, eating ice cream in the ice cream parlor, and just relaxing in the various comfy library areas. Our family was even able to reserve the Pub for a family gathering. The meals are delicious, and residents are given a variety of choices for each meal. ALL of the staff is very friendly and welcoming ~ greeting each resident by name when they meet in the halls. The staff genuinely seems to care about each of the residents. Mom and her entire family are VERY GLAD we chose Primrose.

I think Primrose is a fantastic facility. It's very well maintained, the food is excellent, the residents all seem happy and friendly, and the staff are very helpful and truly seem happy to be there for their residents. It has about anything a senior could ask for. It's almost like being on a cruise ship, only without the seasickness.

Primrose is a beautiful well maintained facility where residents enjoy many activities, socializing, and shopping outings! Staff is always attentive and proactive when it comes to resident health by involving the Empowerme therapy team to assist residents to age in place for as long as possible. Residents and staff deeply care for one another and strive to have everyone feel welcomed.

I always look forward to working with Deb Quick. Deb is professional yet very compassionate about what she does-she truly cares about their residents/future residents. I would definitely recommend Primrose as a choice for assisted living.
