Primrose is a beautiful retirement in Beautiful Gillette Wyoming. We met Charlynn on our first visit and she showed us a beautiful room for my Mom. I do not think there is a bad room there. Mom picked a 2 Bedroom in the Independent area, It was very spacious and very home like. Charlynn was very helpful down to every detail. She was a pleasure to work with and we had a great experience for sure. The Executive Director Chipper was easy to talk with as well and does an outstanding job overseeing the operations of this retirement community. Holly the Administrative Assistant is amazing as well. She is very helpful and friendly and wears many hats.The Nurses do a great job. Everyone here works very Hard! The overall team here is really great and accommodating. I highly recommend Primrose Retirement. The whole process starts with Charlynn. She will find the very best accommodations for your family member.

I'm fairly new to the Gillette, WY Primrose Retirement Community family. I say family because in this pandemic time of Covid the staff and residents have excelled in coming together to create an atmosphere of fun, loving friendships and so much more. Charlynn came in on her day off to guide me toward a perfect apartment that fit my personality. Executive Chipper is just that to everyone and along with her whole staff give each resident some pretty special personal attention. The food is outstanding and activities are plentiful even during this Covid times. The van service to stores and Dr's is a huge plus. My time here isn't long, but I can honestly say that anyone looking for a safe, fun environment for yourself or a loved one will be happy at Gillette Primrose.

Charlynn was absolutely wonderful to work with. She navigated her way through my questions and was patient; her passion for her position shines through with her hard work. Primrose staff as a whole has been wonderful and welcoming. This facility does not compare to any "care places" in or around town. I am so happy they have remained opened during COVID times and allowed for us to tour/visit our loved ones. Thank you Primrose!!!

The nursing staff has taken great care of Mom during a highly stressful time in all our lives. Mom has settled in with the guidance and expertise of the staff and always has great things to say about the employees she sees on a daily basis. The assisted living employees care for their residents on a person centered basis. Mom is not treated as a patient, but rather as the person she is, and that means alot.
