Primrose has been a blessing for how they took care of my mother for 6 years. She moved in to the assisted then over to the memory care. Memory manager Cassie is a very special person as well as the staff. Moments Hospice were great as well. No place may be perfect, but this was as close as you could get.

I am very happy my mom chose Primrose for her home when she relocated to Appleton. The entire staff was very helpful and welcoming.The apartments and entire building is well maintained, clean and provides many amenities.My mom enjoys an independent living apartment but due to health concerns she needed extra care from assisted living for awhile. How nice it was that at Primrose this option was available. The transition was seamless and the care she received from the staff was wonderful. It gave me such peace of mind that mom was in a safe and caring environment. Thank you to the Executive Director Steve for building such a terrific team at Primrose!

My mother.in.law moved into the Primrose community just a few weeks after it opened. From day one she has loved the facility and staff! She loved the independence of living in a villa & now six years later she really likes her apartment in the main building. As her family we are comfortable knowing that she is getting all the support she needs! We love popping in for lunch with her and the food options are amazing! Steve & staff are outstanding at making sure all the details are covered. Highly recommend this beautiful establishment!!

We couldn't be happier with Primrose of Appleton! The staff is amazing. They really get to know the residents and they make their experience special. Their care, activities and facilities are outstanding. My parents love it there and they helped us through the difficult time of losing my dad. They were so caring and they have helped my mom adjust to life without him. I highly recommend Primrose of Appleton.
