I recently came to visit a dear friend for dinner at this senior living, and during the evening I had the chance to speak with several of her friends who live there. What I heard was troubling and left me quite sad. They shared some interesting, and concerning, things about how this building is being run. At this stage of life, feeling seen and heard matters so much, and it broke my heart to hear that they feel ignored. I was also told that many staff members have been fired. The residents are worried, especially because the previous nurse truly cared about them. Since that nurse left, they feel no one checks on them or shows the same concern for their well-being. They also expressed concerns about how it seems they aren’t enough people working to care for them. These are older people who deserve kindness, dignity, stability, and genuine care. Hearing how anxious and forgotten they feel was deeply upsetting to me. I left that evening feeling very sad for my friend and the others who call this place home.

Me and my wife stopped in to this senior living place. We tried calling first no one answered the phone. When we walked in there was no one at the front desk. we talked to some of the people who were sitting infront. They were nice but didn’t have good things to say about the people who worked there and no fun or music, they were bored They said there always something bad happening in the building. Someone who worked there gave us a brochure. the prices didn’t match the kind of experiences the people living there were having. we Will continue our search else where

Trying to find a place for my mom , that fits my high standards, felt like one of the hardest things I would ever have to do. The day we went for our tour was such a stressful day but after meeting Kendal, we left knowing this was the place for my mom. Kendal greeted us with such a warm smile and caring personality. She answered all of our questions and eased our concerns. My mom likes to stay active and I loved seeing and hearing about all the activities they offer for the residents on and off site. The rooms were just the perfect size and felt inviting and like home. My mom has been there going on 2 months and is very happy , which makes me happy. Thank you Prestige for taking such wonderful care of my mom and thank you Kendal for taking the time to answer all our questions and concerns.

Recently had some experiences with West hills and a close family member. They do a great job caring for my loved one. Everyone was friendly, the food looked good and the building was nice.
