My brother is a resident at Prairie Green at Fay’s Point, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention he receives. The management team does an excellent job with communication and follow-up, and they always take time to address any questions or concerns from our family. The staff is kind, patient, and truly dedicated to the residents’ well-being. It gives us great peace of mind knowing he’s in such a caring and supportive environment. My mom lived at Prairie Green at Fay's Point for the past six+ years, and during that time I came to deeply appreciate the care and responsiveness of the entire team. The staff and Director consistently struck the right balance: they took care of the small, day-to-day details without needing to involve me unnecessarily, while making sure to reach out when something important came up. That thoughtful approach made such a difference for both my mom and for me as her caregiver. On more than a couple of occasions, I truly believe their attentiveness and proactive communication made the difference between my mom maintaining her quality of life and slipping through the cracks of our larger health care system. Knowing she was in such capable, compassionate hands gave me peace of mind and allowed her to live with dignity and comfort. I am deeply grateful for the way Prairie Green supported my mom throughout these years and for the kindness they showed to our family. While she recently passed away after battling some physical challenges, I was reminded of the kindness of the staff and the strength of the community that exists and is fostered there - both residents and staff - while packing up her belongings. I would strongly recommend this facility.

The staff at Prairie Green at Fay's Point handles its residents with care, patience and respect. It can be difficult for the elderly as they adjust to losing mobility and not being able to do the things they once use to. Here, they can still maintain their dignity despite the changes they may be facing.

When I tell you this place is a place of compassion, patience, and a love for the work . Working with our senior population is not easy and only people who have a calling can do this work . I want to Say Pat and Silvia welcomes you with open arms and when you leave out of there you feel like you have been given a big hug. This place is a hidden Gem to the south side.
