I had the pleasure of bringing my clients to Peninsula Del Rey over the weekend, and David was incredibly accommodating, arranging a last-minute tour for us. One of my clients required assisted living services immediately, and David gave us a wonderful tour of the community. Despite it being a Sunday morning, the community was very active and lively, which made a great impression. Although my clients ultimately decided against this community due to its distance, it would have been their first choice. The staff was so warm and welcoming to both my clients and their family, leaving a lasting positive impression.

Although I have not yet had the opportunity to visit Peninsula Del Rey, Katherine the Executive Director graciously brought my grandmother and me a Cornucopia Salad to sample, as we were curious about the dining options available to their residents. I was thoroughly impressed with the salad—it was fresh, well-balanced, and flavorful. This experience has certainly piqued my interest in exploring more of the culinary offerings at Peninsula Del Rey.

I had the pleasure of attending the tea and chocolates luncheon at Peninsula Del Rey Senior living community. It was an experience I still think about. They invited the founder and tea drinker Jody Beavers, who owns Tap Twice Tea. Jody brewed different teas for us to taste. I had no real knowledge of tea and was so impressed by his explanation of the different flavors and aromas. It was definitely a tea learning experience. Another first time experience was tasting tea with Dandelion chocolates. Who knew that tea and chocolate went well together? ❤️ The view from the room was spectacular as well, the windows were wide open and it was a beautiful clear, sunny winters day. If you ever are fortunate enough to be invited to Peninsula Del Rey I recommend you go! You won't be disappointed. I wish I took photos to share!!! 📸

The outings are amazing. We go to places that people don’t experience normally. Also the activities are varied and entertaining. I enjoy the Bongo and Blackjack - especially when I win.!! I really like to go to a place by the water either the bay or the ocean. The musical groups that they bring here are varied and great fun to listen to. Thank You to the Zest Team- Larona, Joseph, Helen, Carlos and Roman for making each day special.
