Pelican Pointe is an amazing facility for your loved ones! Almost from the moment my brother moved in, he connected with the staff! They are kind and caring to the residents and their families at every level throughout the facility. Ron was quite happy with how he was treated and the freedom he experienced. About 2 months after he moved in, he suddenly transitioned into end of life hospice care and within a week, he passed away. During that time, the administration and resident care staff displayed great kindness and tender care for him and for us as his family! They would frequently check on him and me and take his hand and hold it even though he was unresponsive much of the time! They were quick to support me with hugs and kind words! I felt so BLESSED to have experienced time there and came to see that what makes them stand high above all of the others is their expressive compassionate hearts and I will always be grateful!

The team at Pelican Pointe was very professional and engaged when I called to look for a place for my mom. They asked a lot of questions about her which made me feel good and it felt more person centered. I would definitely recommend Pelican Pointe to anyone looking for a place for their loved one!

Working with Amber Anderson during the placement process at Pelican Pointe for my grandma has been a wonderful experience. Amber is one of the most caring, loving, and kind individuals I have had the pleasure of working with. She has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure my grandma is well cared for, supported, and loved. We cannot thank Amber enough for everything she has done.

Pelican Pointe is the BEST place in Klamath Falls! My mother has been there 2 years now and they don't just provide food, shelter, and entertainment (they do) but they LOVE her like we would. They know what she likes, dislikes, and if she is not at a meal, they find her to bring her the meal. Mom has Alzheimer's and my sister and I checked out every single place in town before choosing Pelican Pointe. Without a doubt, we made the right choice. 2 years later and I do not worry about her care and she is thriving with the best friends and social life. It's like she is young again. We work TOGETHER to make sure mom is enjoying every day of her life. Thank you to everyone on staff in every department. It takes a team and we've got one!
