I have been touring Independent Living Communities for awhile and this was the first one that felt like a home away from home. Residents and staff were wam, genuinely friendly and welcoming. Logan, Community Sales Director , was expertly knowledgeable, fun and obviously compassionate about representing this company. I would highly recommend you make a visit if you are looking for a clean, modern and homing location to live yourself or for a loved one!

The cleanliness from the halls to the pool to the filthy outside area around the dumpster is deplorable. It is my opinion that my loved one should live under realivly the same conditions as they are accustomed to for the price they pay to live here. We have made requests for maintenance for air conditioning, which did get done but took entirely too long. Requested mold and filth be cleaned from window between screens and was told that was something maintenance did not do. As well as roaches and ant problems which apparently we were “put on a list”. That is a health problem. Pool and pool area is gross and has not been cleaned in weeks. That being said the staff is very kind and goes out of their way for the residents.

Brookdale Clear Lake has been a wonderful place, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Everyone is kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Rebecca especially stands out—she is compassionate, professional, and always go the extra mile to make sure families feel informed and supported. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the warm, welcoming environment they help create. I’m very grateful for the care and dedication from the team at Brookdale Clear Lake.

My parents are in the process of moving in. Brad has been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to get them the best deal possible, patiently answering our many questions, and touring us twice! His kindness and genuine compassion are greatly appreciated! We were very impressed with the size and layout of the apartment, attractiveness of the facility and grounds, and the staff we have met have been lovely.
