GrandPals has truly loved volunteering at Parkview in Frisco. Everyone here has been incredibly welcoming, and coming here each week is something our volunteers genuinely look forward to. A special thank you to Ms. Virani for always being so warm and kind, and to Ms. Christianne, Ms. Lisette, and Ms. Jessica for making every visit so enjoyable. Our volunteers have gotten to know almost all of the residents by name, and hearing their stories has made this experience even more meaningful. We always have so much fun participating in activities together, whether it be painting, bingo, or simply spending time with everyone. We are so grateful to be part of such a caring and wonderful community!

My students and I had a wonderful experience performing a concert here. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful with organizing everything, making the event run smoothly. We moved our parents in to Parkview in Frisco a few months ago. Shelly was our sales associate and she was the absolute BEST! Helped us find just the right apartment for them and made the process as easy as possible. Everyone there has been kind and helpful.

I cannot say enough about the caring and compassionate staff at this assisted living facility. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the genuine concern they have for each resident’s well-being. The team goes above and beyond to create a warm, supportive environment where residents are treated with dignity and kindness. Bruce and his staff make sure the grounds and facilities are always beautifully maintained, providing a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere for both residents and visitors. It’s clear that great pride is taken in every detail.
