Park Creek is an incredibly run, family friendly senior independent living community! My mom has lived here for 3 years and from Karen who greets you when you come in, to Natalie, Juana, Cynthia, and all the support staff to M’Toki, the director, it had been the exact same staff since mom moved in. That is unheard of these days and says so much about how they care for their residents! The activities, on and off site, are fun and the residents all participate. The apartments themselves are nicely appointed with weekly cleaning services included. I highly recommend Park Creek Independent Living Facility.

I am truly honored to share my love and admiration for an incredible place that has become a second home to so many Park Creek Active Retirement Community in Cypress, Texas. This community is one of the finest in the area, offering a warm, welcoming environment where seniors thrive. What sets Park Creek apart is its people. From the dedicated staff to the vibrant residents, every visit here is filled with joy, laughter, and a sense of family. At the heart of this community is Executive Director Matoki Dyson, a true leader with a heart of gold. Her passion for her residents shines through in everything she does. The way she interacts with them is nothing short of inspiring—she leads with compassion, respect, and love, making each resident feel truly valued and heard. Then we have Natalie, the Marketing Director, whose energy and enthusiasm make transitioning into this wonderful community seamless. She has an incredible way of making everyone feel excited and welcome, ensuring that new residents feel right at home from the very start. Let’s not forget Chef Don, a new but remarkable addition to the team. He listens attentively to residents’ preferences, constantly working to provide meals that bring both comfort and delight. Our residents have strong opinions about their food, and Chef Don is dedicated to making sure every meal meets their expectations. And then there’s Rod White a true gem of the community. The residents see him as a grandson and a trusted friend. Whether he’s leading engaging games, taking them on shopping adventures, or hosting Fireside Chats, he ensures that residents stay socially and mentally active. His grievance counseling sessions provide comfort and support to those who have lost loved ones, reminding them they are never alone. Of course, none of this would be possible without our fantastic maintenance and dining teams, who work tirelessly to create a beautiful and comfortable living environment for all. Activity Director Cynthia and her assistant Ethan continuously bring fresh ideas and exciting outings that keep residents engaged and entertained. For those needing a little extra support, our on-site therapy and rehabilitation services help residents maintain independence while receiving top-notch care. The HomeWell Provider Services team, led by Dallas Coleman, ensures that any additional assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) is handled with professionalism and compassion. Park Creek is more than just a retirement community it’s a place filled with love, respect, and a true sense of belonging. Families love it, grandchildren enjoy the pool in the summertime, and residents wake up each day knowing they are valued and cared for. Our time at Park Creek Active Retirement Comunity has been exceptional! We have been here for three years now and are extremely happy with the community and especially the personnel. There has been minimal turnover of employees since we got here. That speaks to the excellence of the management and the dedication of the employees! Matoki’s staff are happy, kind to the residents and terrific at their jobs! Everything we were told at our initiation has been 100% spot on. The management really gets to know the residents and their families and are extremely friendly to all!! We are very happy with our decision to move to this community! We couldn’t ask for anything more!!

The tour given by Natalie the Director of Sales was amazing. She took her time with us and made us feel very comfortable. All of the residents were so sweet, and we look forward to moving our family member in. Thanks again Park Creek!
