I was at Paddock Springs for 7 weeks after surgery. I cannot tell you what department or staff member was the best. They all were great!!’ The employees I had contact with made my stay so nice and each and every person I worked with was happy to help me. The atmosphere was one of trained, caring workers. I would highly recommend Paddock Springs. Your recovery will be a faster and easier because of where you’re at. Thank you to all of the staff.

I have had 2 grandparents admitted at Paddock Springs for rehab and their experiences were exceptional. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. There is a large selection of activities, special dinners, and events throughout the year for residents and their families to enjoy.

My sister went into Paddock Springs facility on March 20, 2022. I was sad and upset for her as she left a beautiful home that she was happy in. We traveled there to be with her for the first 5 days. The people that work there are wonderful! They were not only wonderful, friendly, kind and caring but also took such good care of her. After a few weeks there my sister told me that she felt like she was in heaven because the people are so wonderful and the facility is so lovely - then she said that maybe she had already died and now she was really in heaven! Thank you so much to all the wonderful people that work there. We love you

I would not recommend this facility. They care more about their bottom line than they do about what is in the best interest of their patients. The last 5 months my parents were in their facility, until my stepfathers passing last week, they misrepresented the care they were providing to my parents. Their communication was horrible. They ignored prescription orders from her primary care physician. They removed my mother from a medication that she needed without our permission, without replacing it with anything else, and they did not communicate it to any family member (we were actually told they were giving it to her). They made promised that they never followed through on. They misrepresented my mother's condition to a new facility we were trying to move my mother to after my stepfather's death. The new facility accepted her based on the information provided by Paddock Springs. As it turned out they could not accommodate her upon her arrival because Paddock Springs misrepresented the level of care she required (and the new facility agreed). I was left on a Friday afternoon with no where for my mother to go. Paddock Springs was the most horrible experience. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
