The other day, while the front entrance was being cleaned and we had to use the side door, I was waiting outside for my Age Well ride. Jason came by and kindly offered me a chair. I was truly touched by his caring nature- little things mean a lot to me. I’ll always remember how he went above & beyond to make me comfortable. This is a wonderful example of kindness in our Overture community. Thank you, Jason for making my day.

Although my previous review was my initial impression of new management, we have since experienced disrespectful behavior from Danielle. She refuses to honor long-term tenant’s request for reasonable accommodations for medical conditions. It is simple to remove two Airwick fragrances that cause severe medical distress. They have harassed my elderly husband who has been living and paying rent here for 14 years! The hallway’s carpets are dirty! They should clean it instead of masking it with perfumed products like Airwick that causes medical issues for tenants with medical conditions! Units are empty because tenants are unhappy about being disrespected here by management! Warning- be wary about renting here in a dirty environment with disrespectful management. In addition, the gates are always unlocked and the door on the second floor exit to the parking structure is always broken. When will they repair this broken “gated” community instead of wasting their time harassing an innocent elderly man with medical issues?! And why are the AC units turned off in the hallways during the summer?! Why is management being cheap and not providing AC in the hallways during the summer, along with dirty carpets, and trying to mask their cheapness with heavily scented Airwicks, furthermore exasperating elderly tenant’s medical conditions??!! Our neighbors of 10+ years have all moved out due to the cheapness, dirtiness, and disrespect of this new management! One neighbor is forced to pay for sewage repair that wasn’t even her fault! So she moved out! Another neighbor was fed up with the angry management charging her for not paying rent on time although it was management’s fault. Everyone is moving out as Overture manager is being cheap, disrespectful, and violating the Fair Housing Act. We are fed up too and are on our way out unless management apologizes to us and shows us respect for our medical conditions!

I enjoy this friendly atmosphere of the apartment building. The staff has always been friendly to me especially Colleen.You do have to get out of your room and meet with others. I like the new activities that have been offered.

Called in and spoked to Carly about potentially moving in and applying, she was absolutely amazing and helped answer all of my questions. While it wasn't a fit for my family I would definitely recommend her.
