My father has lived at Overture Centennial for about 2 and a half years and it has been a wonderful experience. Staff and residents are welcoming, there are a good number of activities (which include fitness classes), staff have always been resonsive, the building and grounds are well maintained. It is in a great location too, very close to Cammeron Village for shopping, NC State, Pullen and Dorthea Dix parks. The setting is very pleasant. I would highly recommend this community.

Well located for easy access to transportation, nature walks, shopping, cultural amenities, and medical facilities. I don’t own a car. I use three bus routes that stop nearby (NC State University’s Wolfline, GoRaleigh, and GoTriangle). I also walk to some locations or use Lyft. There are sidewalks. Dix Park has an entrance across the street from Overture Centennial. I have taken many wonderful walks at this park and attended its birdwatching events. Pullen Park and Lake Raleigh are also nearby and accessible by bus. I love that my apartment is south-facing; it’s bright and sunny. I appreciate that Overture Centennial sponsors social events, and I have made some friends here.

Mary Anderson has been an amazing representative of Centennial Overture to work with. Over my journey of 4 months of deciding to move here from Nebraska. She has been by my side throughout. Her positive attitude has been so helpful and reassuring. She’s the BEST!!!

Been a resident for 2 years and love it. We enjoy our apartment, especially the quick response whenever we have a maintenance request. We have a Resident Association that represents our needs and interests to management. There are more opportunities available than we can participate. We look forward to many years in this community.
